We’ll call you with a few days notice, so provide your best contact number. Couriers deliver to doorstep only, but can place items in a ground floor room upon request.
Returns
All items are subject to return Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled. In order to qualify for a full refund of the value of the item, the goods must be returned in their original packaging, with all contents, in a sellable condition. Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us and inspected by our staff to ensure it is in saleable condition. If you feel the item you have purchased from us is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to ensure all issues are rectified.
Important Notice
If you require delivery above or below the ground floor the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the couriers. This fee does not relate to SOFA SCENE LTD. Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property. Delivery to England and Wales only.
