Our Couriers are only insured to deliver the sofas to your doorstep. However, the delivery staff will happily place the items into a room of your choice on the ground floor only on request.
Important Notice: If you require delivery above or below the ground floor the drivers will charge an additional £20.00 this is a discretionary fee between you the customer and the couriers. This fee does not relate to Sofa Scene.
Please note we are not liable for any damages to property or furniture while entering your property.
