It is your responsibility to ensure that all goods that have been ordered can be delivered to your delivery address, and will fit through any entranceways / hallways /corridors, etc., en route to their final destination. You are also responsible for ensuring that they fit in the required location within the delivery address.All deliveries must be unpacked by the customer upon the delivery so that you may inspect the condition of all delivered goods before signing and returning the delivery note to the courier. Should any fault or damage be detected, this must be explicitly detailed on the delivery note.Once goods have been accepted and signed for, we cannot accept claims for goods damaged in transit unless you have indicated the occurrence of said damage on the delivery note.Whilst the utmost care is taken by all of our trained drivers, we are however unable to accept responsibility for any damage to your property whilst delivering your goods.Any customer refusing delivery of goods for any reason other than goods being damaged in transit will unfortunately responsible for the delivery costs to the customer, as well as the return of stated goods to our warehouse.
Returns
How to return an item
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item has not been assembled. In order to qualify for a full refund of the value of the item. the goods must be returned in their original packaging, in a sellable condition.
Please note that refunds will not be issued until the item has been returned to us and inspected by our staff to ensure it is in saleable condition.
If you feel the item you have purchased from us is not as described, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to ensure all issues are rectified.
All items are subject to a return delivery charge of £69.
